Baptist Collegiate Ministries Luncheon

          Every third Wednesday during the Fall and Spring Semesters, Kaumana Drive Baptist Church provides a free lunch for University of Hawaii at Hilo students at the Baptist Collegiate Ministries building (1409 Kapiolani Street).

Basic of Biblical Greek

          Learn to read the New Testament from the Greek text every Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. The sessions are instructed by Pastor Mark, who served as an Adjunct Professor of New Testament and Greek at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2005-2009).

Children's Worship

          During our Sunday Morning Worship Celebration, children grades one through six are dismissed from the service and invited to join us for a Children’s Worship Service.  Each week volunteers lead the children in fun Bible-based activities such as games, crafts, stories, and short movies.

G-CRU (God's Crusade)

          God's Crusade meets on the second Friday of each month from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m. for children in preschool through the sixth grade. The children learn about God's love through Bible stories, games, music, food, and awesome crafts.

G.L.O.W. (God's Love Over Women)

          The women of the church gather every third Friday at 6:30 p.m. for fellowship, devotion, study, and celebration of God's love and care.

Hands of Hope

          Kaumana Drive provides a free lunch to the community every fourth Saturday of the month, at the Mooheau Bandstand in downtown Hilo.

Kaumana Baptist Keikiland 

          Keikiland is a weekday preschool ministry that has been serving the Hilo community since 1962. Three to five-year-old preschoolers attend Keikiland all year round. Teachers and staff are dedicated to providing a quality Christian preschool that reflects God’s love to children and their families. The staff strives to help each child grow spiritually, socially, intellectually, physically, emotionally, and provide opportunities for their family to grow in their knowledge of God’s Son, Jesus Christ.

The Mission at Eden Roc

          Every Sunday at 1:00 p.m., a Worship and Praise Celebration is held at the Eden Roc Estate community center, in Moutain View.

Men's Breakfast Club

          The men of the church meet on the last Saturday of the month at 7:00 a.m. for a hot breakfast, encouragement, prayer, and biblical instruction regarding the role of men in the family.

Movie Night

          Come join us on the fourth Sunday of each month at 5:30 p.m. to enjoy family entertainment on the big screen. Plenty of popcorn, snacks, and drinks provided.

Seniors Outing

          The Senior Adults are an adventures group, willing to explore the wonders of the Big Island, from Kamuela to Naalehu, and from flowers to honey bees. The Seniors also enjoy a hearty lunch together every first Tuesday of the month.

Sunday School

          Sunday School Classes meet each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. We offer classes for all ages, from infants to adults. Through the study of the Bible, we learn how to apply biblical principles to our daily lives.
